• Learn about all the processes for joiners and leavers
• Relevant forms that need to be completed
• Know your local area Pharmacy and Medicine Optimisation Team Lead
• Recognition of your own local area facilitator and how they can support you
• Setting up PCN Staff
• Configuring your clinical system

Although the session is scheduled for 1hour this may be reduced depending on the numbers of queries from attendees.
